How we do it

We have a proven methodology 100% customer oriented.

We carry out a Facility Management (FM) consulting study in two phases that helps us to know those aspects in which there is room for improvement.

1. FM Health Check Express: As a "medical check-up" we carry out a generalized diagnosis of the client's needs.

2. Consulting Smart FM Solutions: We develop a process of implementation of the new management model, going deeper into the aspects that the client considers most relevant.

We design the new management model carrying out a correct definition of the services (SLA's, KPI's) to adjust costs and thus have a clear vision of the client's specific needs.

We define indicators that allow us to assess the level of service to correct or adjust it when necessary.
We create the structure, content and project guidelines (RFP) and then launch the project.

We manage and select suppliers with our own evaluation system created from our experience in large RFP processes.
We follow our customers and continue to be at their side beyond the implementation, through the provision of FM services, service management tools.

We seek continuous improvement in the quality of the services provided, by conducting global audits that allow us to analyse the evolution and status of service levels, under a criterion of high demand and from all possible perspectives.
